Since I do not usually use the initials, I do not add them to my Company Page but if I DID predominantly utilise the visitor initials but was unable to get the initial just version (for example, if another visitor with the same initials fix their company page first), I could as well use the total version to a higher place. Or if your firm is just known past its initials, you could use something like 'WXY&Z Lawyers'.
